Abstract

In recent years,the study on information most comes from England,America and Japan.In the process,some academic mix the concept of information and intelligence,this leads the study in china to the way of information study.That is why the debate on the concept of intelligence cannot arrive at agreeing.The concept of intelligence and information differ a lot,so we should come back to the view of intelligence to study of intelligence.
