Abstract

Objective:To investigate the distribution feature of MTHFR C677T genes in Han population in Huaihua.Mehtords:RFLP was used for genetyping of MTHFR C677T in 120 healthy subjects.Results:There were three kinds of genetypes:homozygousmutation TT-type,heterozygousmutation CT-type,and wild-type CC,and their frequencies were 12.5%,34.2% and 53.3%,respectively.Conclution:There is a significant difference among different races and regions in gene polymorphisms distribution of the MTHFR C677T.
