Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of fluoxetine plus risperidone in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods A total of 60 outpatients who met the criteria of CCMD-3 for obsessive-compulsive disorder were assigned to therapeutic group(n=30) and control group (n=30) for the treatment of 8 weeks. Therapeutic group was given fluoxetine in addition to risperidone,and control group was fluoxetine alone.The clinical effect was assessed with HAMA and Y-BOCS at the end of 2~ nd ,4~ th ,6~ th and 8~ th week.The adverse reaction was evaluated by TESS.Results The therapeutic efficacy in fluoxetine plus risperidone group was significantly higher than that in control group,especially in the treatment of obsessive thoughts. Conclusion Fluoxetine plus risepridone has better effect in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder than fluoxetine only.
