Abstract
Objective:To explore the early diagnosis and management of blunt pancreatoduodenal injuries.Methods:The clinical data of 6 cases of blunt pancreatoduodenal injuries were retrospectively analyzed.Results:2 of 6 cases were early diagnosed.There was 1 case with pancreatic injury and 1 case with duodenial injuries,3 cases with blunt combined pancreatoduodenial injuries,1 case with combined pancera and jejunaum injuries.4 cases occured with complications,no cases died.Conclusion:Right diagnosis of preoperation of combined pancreatoduodenal injuries was very difficulty.Exploratory laparotomy should be taken for cases with proper indications,the damage control surgery should be choosed.
