Diagnosis and Treatment of Blunt Pancreatic Injuries

Objective To study the method of diagnosis and treatment for blunt pancreatic injuries. Methods The diagnosis, surgical treatment and recovery of 29 cases blunt pancreatic injuries were analyzed. Results 25 cases(86.2%) were cured, 4 cases died(13.8%), 8 cases complicated with pancreatic leakage and pseudocyst (27.6%). Conclusion CT、ultrasound B and blood amylase check-up were important to the diagnosis of blunt pancreatic injuries. Selecting a reasonable surgical operation method according to the situation of pancreatic injuries and keeping vigilance was the key step during the surgical operation.
