Curative Effect Evaluation of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(Cold-Heat Complicated Syndrome)Based on the Calibration Biopsy Technique

Abstract

Objective:To make the curative effect evaluation of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis(cold-heat complicated syndrome)based on the calibration biopsy technique.Methods:30 cases met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(Banxia Xiexin Decoction group)and the control group(Weifuchun group),3 months was a treatment course.Before and after treatment the clinical symptoms were observed,and pathological changes were observed under gastroscope biopsy in calibration.Results:Clinical symptoms:two groups in improving the symptoms were valid,the treatment group was better than control group(P0.05),endoscopic curative effect had no significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction can significantly improve chronic atrophic gastritis(cold-heat complicated syndrome)clinical symptoms.
