Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined With Anti-Helcobacter Pylori Therapy Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:The clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy treating chronic atrophic gastritis was observed.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 patients in each group.60 patients of control group were treated with conventional western medicine,60 patients of treatment group were given Banxia Xiexin Decoction based on the conventional western medicine.Results:In control group,30 cases markedly effective;19 cases effective;11 cases in vain,the total efficiency was 81.7%;in treatment group,40 cases markedly effective;16 cases effective,4 cases in vain,the total effective rate was 93.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy treating chronic atrophic gastritis could get satisfactory results.
