Abstract
Objective: To make a study of KBV200 cell line on its multidrug resistance and provide experimental data for clinical individual chemotherapy. Methods:MTT reduction assay was used to investgate the inhibition of 8 common chemotherapetic agents on KBV200 cell line.Result:Vincristine、Adriamycin、Bleomycin、Cyclophosphamide and Arabinosyl Cytosine have poorer inhibition than Harrihgtonine、Cicplatin and 5-Fu on KBV200 cell line.Conclusion:KBV200 cell line is multidrug resistance to Vincristine、Adriamycin、Bleomycin、Cyclophosphamide and Arabinosyl Cytosine.
