Abstract
YE Shi,a master of Yongjia School in South Song Dynasty,is a famous philosopher and thinker. The law thought in his ideological system has its uniqueness. It shows great reliance on utilitarianism and philosophic thought. As less research has been made on this issue at present,the start of it can determine its ideological thought and clarify the problem on its law thought. In other words,regarded as an objective being,YE Shi's law thought is applied to interpret the reason for its existence. Evaluating YE Shi's law thought in an objective and fair way can find its historical value.
