Abstract
According to the data related to infrastructure expenditure,persons engaged in scientific and technological activities,project number and gross domestic production(GDP) in scientific and technological input during 2002—2007 of Sichuan,by using gray relevance analysis principle and method,this paper analyzes the relationship between scientific and technological input and economic growth and concludes that there is close relation between economic growth and scientific and technological input and that,particularly,the number of projects can significantly promote the growth of GDP.The conclusion can provide some theoretical support for government decision and some suggestions are also given.
