Shaping a Service-oriented Government from the Perspective of Harmonious Society

Constructing a harmonious society is of a great task before my party.So we must change the type of my governmental function and construct a service-oriented government.Shaping a service-oriented government is also building a human-based,limited function,sleazy,democratic and self-innovated government.A government should transform governmental viewpoints,progress the service forms,advance administrative energy,change administrative functions and carry out electric government affair.Therefore,it is a systematic project with deep levels and whole directions.
