Abstract
Total flavones were extracted from the stem bark of Acanthopanan trifoliatus by means of ultrasonic extraction technique. The operation condition, such as power of ultrasonic, the content of ethanol, ultrasonic time and the ratio of sample weight to solvent volume were studied by single factor and orthogonal test. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as extraction solvent of 70% ethanol, power of ultrasonic 120W,ultrasonic time in 25 min and the ratio of sample weight to solvent volume at 1∶30.Under the optimized conditions, the extraction percent of total flavones from stem bark of Acanthopanan trifoliatus is 53.0843mg/g.
