Abstract
Phytoplankton composition and distribution in Fuhe River estuary in region of Fuzhou were investigatied total 243 species,134 genera of Zooplankton were observed in Fuhe River estuary,Chlorophyta,Bacillariophyta and Cyanophyta were predominant in the Fuhe River estuary,90 species of Chlorophyta are the most,62 species of Bacillariophyta,the next is 62 species of Cyanophyta.The genera of Phytoplankton are different bettwen three Fuhe River estuary.Total species are 2 times than generas.It is proved that the diversity index of Phytoplankton species in Fuhe River estuary were low,but the dominant index were high.It is related to local eutrophication in Fuhe Rvier estuaries.
