Investigation of modified Yuyang decoction combined with nursing on chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis

Abstract

Objective To investigate modified Yuyang decoction combined with nursing on chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis(CUC).Methods 100 patients with CUC were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were orally given Sulfasalazine.And patients in treatment group were treated by modified Yuyang decoction.Patients in control group were treated by enema of Sulfasalazine suppositories.The course was four weeks in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Modified Yuyang decoction combined with oral administration of Sulfasalazine and nursing has good effect on chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis.
