Observation of Yixindingzhi decoction combined with enema treatment of Kuijieguanchang liquid on chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Yixindingzhi decoction combined with enema treatment of Kuijieguanchang liquid on chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis.Methods 60 cases of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Treatment group received Yixindingzhi decoction combined with enema treatment of Kuijieguanchang liquid.Control group received only enema treatment of Kuijieguanchang liquid.The therapeutic effect was observed after treatment of a month.Results There were 10 cases of clinical remission,7 cases of excellent effect,8 cases of effective and 83.3% of total effective rate in treatment group.There were 7 cases of clinical remission,5 case of excellent effect,11 cases of effective and 76.7% of total effective rate in treatment group.The effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group.Conclusion Yixindingzhi decoction combined with enema treatment of external application Chinese medicine on chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis.
