Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of magnesium sulfate in adjuvant treatment of children asthmatic diseases.Methods:67 cases of children asthmatic diseases were divided into two groups randomly,33 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group. Both groups were treated with synthetic therapy. The treatment group was assistantly treated with magnesium sulfate for a period of 3-5 d.The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, disappearing time of wheeze and moist rales, hospitalization duration and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The obvious effective rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05).In comparison of the disappearing time of symptoms and signs and hospitalization duration, the treatment group was better than the control group with significant difference between them(P0.05).Conclusion:Using magnesium sulfate in adjuvant treatment of children asthmatic diseases has better effects, obviously shortens the persistent time of clinical symptoms and signs and reduces hospitalization duration with less adverse reactions and low cost, which is worth being popularized widely in clinic.
