Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B With Syndrome of Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency by Zishenqinggan Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on syndrome of chronic hepatitis B,Stagnation of Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency by Zishenqinggan Decoction.Method:Sixty Hepatitis B patients were as research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups——the experimental group(30 cases),and the control group(30 cases).After 12 weeks' treatment,observe the patients' improvements,such as:clinical symptoms,liver function,T lymphocytc subsets,pathogen indicators and so on.Results:After the treatment of 12 weeks,the total efficiency in the experimental group was 80.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(53.33%),and experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).In the experimental group,clinical symptom was improved,ALT,AST,TBIL were decreased,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ were increased and HBV-DNA negative conversion rate was superior to the control group,which had a significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The treatment method of Zishenqinggan decoction can not only improve TCM syndrome and resume liver function,but can also enhance the immune function of organism and inhibit the duplication of hepatitis B virus.
