Establishing Standardized Teaching Management Process and Constructing a New Teaching Quality Guarantee System

According to the regularities of education and teaching operation,we introduced the concept of process reengineering in university teaching administration.Teaching process is divided into education and teaching research,teaching organization,and measurement and control of teaching performance.We have taken effective measures to make our center's routine teaching organization process-based and standardized,specify measurement and control of teaching performance,and emphasize education and teaching research.All these have helped improve the efficiency of teaching administration and establish a complete and new teaching quality guarantee system.
