Prevalence Rate of Cervical Diseases in 6302 Women in Beijing

Objective To screen for cervical disease of 6302 women in Beijing, including precancerous cervical disease and other cervical diseases of women to reduce their occurrence of cervical cancer and economic burden.Methods The questionnaire was undertaken,investigation of the high risk factor of the general condition,the result of gynecology physical examination,the pathological types of cervical lesions and cervical carcinioma.Results In total,6302 women were screened,the rate of cervicitis was 45.30%.The abnormal rate of cervical intraepithelial was 2.95%,the HPV infectious rate of the women of abnormal cervical intraepithelial was 3.76%,the average age of the women with abnormal epithelial cell was lower than that of women with the normal epithelial cell(P0.05).There was no cervical carcinoma changes in the women of abnormal cervical intraepithelial by histopathology combining.Conclusion Cervicitis was popular in women of Beijing,so prevention of it should be enhanced. Women with abnormal cervical epithelial cells in screening were found mainly in 30~50 years old.The sample′s average age of abnormal women were different from normal women. The women with abnormal cervical epithelial cells should be followed-up and health promotion should be provided to them.
