Abstract
Objective To study the curative effect, recurrence rate and the changes of quantity of langerhans cells of combination of imiquimod and laser on condyloma acuminatum, and approach to the mechanisms of condyloma acuminatum′s drug resisitance to imiquimod. Method Combination of imiquimod and laser in treatment of condyloma acuminatum. According to the curative effect, the patients were divided into two groups:efficacy group and ineffective group. Each group have 30 patients.the pathology specimens were obtained before therapy and were marked by CD1a with immunohistochemistry to study the the changes of quantity of langerhans cells. Results The number of CD1a+ cells in the efficacy group were 13. 23±5.12. And those in inefficacy group were 4.77±2.81, which were weaker than those of the efficacy group statistically( P0.05).Conclusions The skin langerhans cells of the patients with drug resisitance to imiquimod were less than the patient who were sensitive to imiquimod. It is maybe related to the mechanism of condyloma acuminatum′s resisitance to imiquimod.
