The analysis of tumor specific growth factor in patients with lung cancer.

Abstract
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of detection for tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) in patients with lung cancer.Method TSGF detection diagnosis reagent was used to test serum TSGF of 360 patients with lung cancer,170 patients with benign pulmonary and 30 health adults.Result In 360 cases of patients with lung cancer,positive rate of malignant TSGF was 87.5%(315 cases),while in 170 cases of patients with benign pulmonary and in 30 health adults,the positive rates were 14.1%(24 cases) and zero(0 case) respectively.The diflerences between lung cancer group and other groups were statistically significant.The TSGF of lung cancer group was significantly higher than those of other groups(P0.01).Conclusion Detection of TSGF serum can assist in diagnosisof lung cancer,and has certain value in screening examination of lung cancer in health adults.
