Abstract

The inhibitory effects of plant extracts on free radicals and multiplication of TMV were studied. The results showed that the single plant extracts and mixture extracts of many plants had strong inhibitory effects on free radicals and multiplication of TMV either before or afterinoculation by TMV.The mixture extract had better effects than any single extract in controlling TMV.The defending effect was greater than curing effect.
