Abstract
In order to know bioactivities of tobacco bacterial wilt and TMV well, control effects of them were studied in indoor and field experiments. The results indicated that significant effects of garlic extracts on tobacco baterial wilt were found in the trials. And higher percentages of control effect for it were 71.30% and 63.89% in 0.5 g/mL and 0.4 g/mL,respectively.Moreover,stronger effects of the ethanol extracts against TMV were known in inhibitory multiplication than in passivation experiments for it.And inhibitory rate of the multiplication was 77.78% in 3 d and 0.3 g/mL.In a word, these results suggest that we may try to prevent flue-cured tobacco from tobacco bacterial wilt or TMV by manufacturing the garlic medicaments of plant protection in the tobacco fields.
