Abstract
The Dance Studies programme at the University of Otago hosted two major and long-anticipated events in late June and early July 2010. The 7th National Tertiary Dance Festival followed closely on the heels of an international dance symposium on the topic of interdisciplinarity and dance, turning Dunedin into a beehive of dance activity in which theorists and practitioners alike engaged in scholarly dialogue and artistic training.
