Abstract

A method for the simultaneous estimation for aldicarb, carbofuran and carbaryl in water, at low detection limits by High-Pressure Liquid Chromatograph using UV detector is described. The method, in general gave recoveries greater than 80% for all the three pesticides, at 0.5–5.0 μg L−1 fortification level. This method could be used for monitoring aldicarb, carbaryl and carbofuran in drinking water samples.
