To aid utilities in developing effective DSM programs, EPRI has undertaken a major project to improve and integrate pertinent tools, methods, and data for application to DSM. Numerous efforts were conducted among nine major areas of the DSM planning process. This report provides a brief overview of some of the technical issues and research techniques associated with DSM.
