Abstract
Objective:To understand the immunization status among population in Hubei province, and develop immunization strategies. Methods: 700 healthy people′s sera from 0~50 years old were assayed for antibodies of measles, mumps and rubella in Xianning and Huangshi by ELISA.Results: The results of the antibody positive rates of measles, rubella and mumps is 87.14%,55.43%and 61.86%respectively.Conclusion: In the two areas, antibody positive rates of rubella and mumps are lower, population less than 2 years was the key group need to control measles, rubella immunization should be strengthened and mumps immunization should be strengthened on children less than two years.
