Abstract

This paper emphasizes the role and importance of effective communication within an organization, the need for constant identifying and mastering the existing and potential barriers in communication as well as the role of management in all this. Effective organizational communication enables the realization of the designated strategic goals and high business standards. Well-led communication encourages more adequate participation of employees in achieving organizational goals, stimulates ideas, and enables the implementation of the existing knowledge and creative potential of employees into the working process. If there are barriers in communication, the exchange of experiences is aggravated, the motivation of employees is disabled thus leading to dissatisfaction at work, which is contrary to the realization of joint activities of members and groups of an organization - the achievement of high unity of the employed and the sense of unbreakable bond with the organization. Management is responsible for effective communication of employees both on the level of hierarchically equal ones, and on the level of vertical communication in both directions. Management should encourage open communication in the organization so that employees could make the maximum contribution to the functioning of a company. Harmonic communication which is realized in this way creates the conditions for a good working atmosphere that contributes to the motivation of employees and their fuller integration into the working process, as well as into making good business decisions and their successful implementation. .
