Abstract
An analytical method for determination of Chlorpyrifos and Atrazine in water was developed. The Chlorpyrifos and Atrazine in water were extracted by petroleum ether and isolated by the method of liquid-liquid partition,by GC-TSD with nitrogen-phosphorus detector(NPD) and CP-SIL 19 fused silica capillary column. The determination result showed that the recovery rates of this method were from 98.7% to 100.5% for Atrazine, from 99.2% to 102.4% for Chlorpyrifos;the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 4%,and the detection limit were 0.000 5 mg/L for Atrazine,0.000 2 mg/L for Chlorpyrifos. This analytical method takes the advantages of simple operation, effective separation, short time, high sensitivity good selectivity and accuracy.
