Abstract
Acetic acid fermentation techniques are reviewed mainly in terms of traditional fermentation and immobilization technology as well as submerged technology.The application of membrane separation in vinegar clarification,continuous fermentation,and acetic acid production is summarized.The development prospect of acetic acid fermentation with biomass,and fermentation-separation coupling is expected.
