Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction among employees at Bushehr University of Medical Sciences.The method of study is descriptive,and standardized questionnaires such as organizational commitment questionnaire by Moday[1], Astryzoport [2] and job satisfaction Vysoky and chromium [3] have been used as a research tool.
