Abstract
Survey was conducted on resources of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. pubescens forest in Anji, Zhejiang province by DOM/DLG with subcompartment division. The result showed that there are 55 287.6 ha of Ph. heterocycla cv. pubescens forest, accounting 17 084.3×104 culms, about 1.2 time of the provincial average. And biomass of bamboo forest topped to 563.2×104 tons. Carbon sequestration by arbor layer of bamboo forest reached 47.3×104 tons. About 82% bamboo distribute at elevation of 250-650 m, 87.2% of them distribute on slope of 16-35°.
