Abstract
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in dandelion extract.Methods:Agilent Zorbax SB C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was adopted;The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(10∶90)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1;The detection wavelength was set at 324 nm,and column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid was 0.040-0.60 μg(r=0.9992);The average recoveriey(n=5) was 96.48%.Conclusion:HPLC determination of chlorogenic acid in dandelion extract is rapid,simple and accurate.It can be applied to determine of chlorogenic acid in dandelion extract.
