The article provides update on the draft Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) proposed by the Ministry of Finance of Norway. It outlines the proposed European Union (EU) Commission Delegated Regulations, remuneration rules, and the requirements to safeguard investor protection when marketing of AIFs to non-professional investors.
