Abstract
Nowadays,the interest conflicts among different social classes are the principal obstacle in constructing the socialist harmonious society.It seems that the interest conflicts among different social classes were caused by the enlarging income disparity.In fact,the reason lies in the unequal resource distribution caused by ineffective government regulation.To solve the complicated probles,the government role should be shifted from a regulative government to a service government.The formation of a service government is the key to constructing the socialist harmonious society.
