Shortcomings of the Government and Mode Selection in Building a Harmonious Society

Government plays a leading role in building a harmonious society. However, in the process of building a harmonious society, the government exists serious defects itself which is shown in unscientific management concept, unreasonable government functions positioning, incomplete government performance evaluation, pessimistic government corruption and serious government administrative actions, thus become the obstacles in constructing harmonious society. Therefore, we must change the government shortcomings, and establish modern government with responsibilities of people, of service, of limits, of sunny, of law, of innovative and of efficiency.
