Recommendations to Government from the National Aboriginal Mental Health Association 1980

Abstract

A framework for Aboriginal mental health training is offered to the government in the form of a set of recommendations structured by Aborigines from all over Australia in 1979. One of the recommendations suggests that Five-Day Courses on Mental Health Education and three-month training in mental health course should be conducted in any Aboriginal community requesting the course Australia wide.
