Abstract
The Open class rules allow a lot of design improvements. The Minis are at the origin of many new ideas and concepts which were later used by some bigger boats. A lot of development has been done on the appendages and some more research can be done, it could be interesting to compare the lift and the drag produced by an asymmetric daggerboards and those produce by a canard (symmetric daggerboard). This is the principal object of this dissertation. The investigation will be done using the towing tank. This is a preliminary design therefore some area have been more developed than some other.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
