On the Application of Humanistic Management to the Training of University Student

Abstract

Humanistic management is an important symbol of modern civilization. It has been a worldwide common research topic for nowdays higher education to build and implement humanistic management in universities, and cultivate all-round high qualified talents with self-awareness creativity. This paper analyzes the contents of humanistic management and its application to the student cadres training, and testifies its results on the student cadres training by presenting some humanistic management examples in my university. I. INSTRUCTION Humanism in Western philosophy generally means theories about studying the nature of human, relations between man and nature and also human relations from the man himself. Humanism is embodied in the people-orientation, the recognition of the subjectivity and thinking highly of value of people; and it pursues the perfection of human as well as the realization of ideals, attaching importance to the aim of humanity freedom and personal liberation; it pays attention to the cultivation of spiritual education; it emphasizes on the ultimate care, devoting itself to exploring the ideal world and ideal personality which is beyond the reality. i
