Abstract
Extraction technology of total flavonoid from chrysanthemum by ultrasonic method was optimized and compared with ethanol extraction method and microwave method to explore the optimized extraction technology. Results showed that the optimized extraction technology of ultrasonic method was extraction time 10 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20 and ethanol concentration 80%.The extraction efficiency of ultrasonic method(8.15%) was significantly higher than microwave method(5.12%) and ethanol extraction method(4.07%).
