Abstract

The optimum extraction technology of flavonoids from chrysanthemum were studied according to the orthogonal design in this paper. In comparison with the ethanol refluxing extraction technology, the results showed that the ultrasonic method was superior to the ethanol refluxing technology. It was found that 1∶20 of 60% ethanol to the chrysanthemum weigh ratio was used with ultrasonic treatment lasted for 10 min at the temperature of 50℃.The average extraction rate was as high as 96%.
