Abstract
In this paper, a method has been presented with which we can manage knowledge in enterprises based on social network. We present a model of a knowledge management based on the trust relation in social network. The idea of the model is that employees use their social network to reach knowledge needed. We investigate how to calculate the trust weight between employees and to select an appropriate relation path. With this method, the knowledge can be managed and processed efficiently. The algorithm of knowledge management has been presented in this paper.
