Abstract

From the prospective the theory of knowledge division the article analyzes why knowledge chain's inter-organizational knowledge creation is the result of knowledge division, and analyzes how knowledge-chain's inter-organizational knowledge creation creates value: through knowledge division the knowledge chain's inter-organizational knowledge creation can reduce cost of knowledge creation, Shortens knowledge creation period, reduces risk of knowledge creation, and increases chances of knowledge creation.
