Abstract

With the increasing of the competition in the global market, the outsourcing strategies for enterprises are necessary to be studied and changed in order to shake down the dramatic environment. As a result, focusing on the core business has been becoming an important strategy for its advantages of reducing and controlling operating cost, improving company focus and so on. It gets clearer through such a survey of moderate organizations in different economic zones of China reported in this paper, after streamlined by the methodology of statistics package for the social science (SPSS). The study concerns the motivation, partnership with outsourcers, advantages and problems, satisfactions in contrast with a theoretical framework of practice and problems derived from the literature. All these methodologies are very useful for forming and practicing their outsourcing.
