Abstract

Based on the analysis of the status quo of SGMW in-bound logistics,(including the in-house logistics and external logistics),the article points out that the introduction of third-party logistics and optimization of the mode of in-bound logistics can enhance the efficiency of in-bound logistics and reduce logistics costs.
