Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of straw dry anaerobic fermentation biogas production and find the optimum technological conditions, we research such factors which affect biogas as different pretreatments, straw size, the adding amount of inoculum and C:N ratio materials. Experimental results show that under the conditions of the medium temperature (35degrees) and 20% of total solids, we make use of mixed bacteria to implement pretreatment, straw of 2mm size, 30% adding amount of inoculum and C:N ratio of 25∶1∼35∶1, and the efficiency of straw dry anaerobic fermentation to generate biogas production is the best.
