Abstract

[Objective]To discuss the symbiotic mechanism between Gastrodia elata Blume and Arimillia mellea in tissue culture system.[Method]By culturing Gastrodia elata Blume in the medium with Arimillia mellea extracellular extracts, intracellular extracts and live Arimillia mellea in respectively and analyzing the variance of the weight of Gastrodia elata Blume after being cultured, the symbiotic mechanism between Gastrodia elata Blume and Arimillia mellea was investigated.[Result]Intracellular extracts of Arimillia mellea inhibited the growth of Gastrodia elata Blume, and the extracellular extracts and live Arimillia mellea were beneficial to its growth, whereas the effect of live Arimillia mellea was stronger.[Conclusion]It is concluded that living Arimillia mellea could favor the growth of Gastrodia elata Blume more effectively.
