Abstract
With further promotion of computer-based college English teaching mode, it is necessary to build a quality assurance system to promote the standardized design of college English teaching system and improve teaching quality. The construction of a scientific, reasonable and feasible college English teaching quality assurance system should follow the principles of science, comprehensiveness, process and development. Teaching management system, teaching security system, teaching process monitoring system and teaching quality evaluation system constitute computer-based college English teaching quality assurance system, a complicated and systematic project demanding continuous development and improvement on the basis of in-depth study and practice.
