Abstract
Abstract Microfluidic chip offers a promising platform for chemical or biological analysis on the basis of flexible integration of various functional operation units. This article provides an overview of the recent achievements of microfluidic chip and its applications based on the works mainly carried out in the authors' lab, especially for the purpose of constructing analytical laboratory on a microfluidic chip. Different operation units and some representative applications in molecules, cell and organism analysis are described.
