Abstract

The definition and application of the microfluidic chips is introduced,describing several production method for microfluidic chip,critical technology in forming microfluidic chips is disscused,such as:pressure,temperature,time,and so on.An overview of its research and development is given.The reasearch direction of the microfluidic chips are proposed depending on actually state of microfluidic chips.
